About Jackie Inskip Counselling, Somerset
Qualified Counsellor Based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset
I am a professionally qualified counsellor working in an integrative relational way. This means I can draw on a range of psychological theories as we work together to help you understand what is going on for you whilst supporting you and being non-judgemental.
I believe that each of us has the capacity to achieve what we want from life but that sometimes our journey takes an unexpected turn. It is then that talking to a counsellor can help to unravel the pieces to find a new way forward to peace and acceptance.
We have all grown up among other people and their opinions of us can influence how we see ourselves. The past does influence the present but it need not determine the future if we can recognise the habitual ways we respond to people or situations. Once this insight happens, we are free to make different choices and become the best we can be.
I want to help you find those different choices from the patchwork of your own life experience.
